Excellent pasta and delicious pizzas packed full with fresh toppings. The sourdough pizza was chewy and crispy. The pecan tart was also yummy and not too sweet. The atmosphere was chill and the staff attentive and friendly. Must come back and try the the other many pizzas they have.

We were delighted with their seafood pizza with generous portions of smoked salmon. It was the first pizza without cheese that we've ever had. Very fresh ingredients that doesn't leave you feeling queesy at the end.

Fantastic food and friendly staff. The location is also at a nice and quiet corner of Serangoon Gardens. The sourdough crust of the pizza brought back memories of something similar that I had in San Francisco. The cakes were great also, moist and flavorful!

Recieved a 20 dollar voucher to dine in one of the chains and we chose planks. Ordered a plant based pizza and the truffle fettuccine. Everything was good except the service? It was a hectic night. Food 5/5 Truffle fettuccine tasted a little bland but the mushrooms were really juicy which made up for it. The sourdough pizza we had was the STAR. We ordered a no. 10 which was plant based and the meatballs blew us away. So far the best plant-based meat we had so far, it was so juicy and meaty flavoured! The sauce and toppings were really great as well! The sourdough base was crispy and chewy, LOVE IT! Service and Ambience 3/5 Maybe it's an unfortunate night we visited but it was hectic. Usually when eating hot and heavy meals, our temperature becomes warmer. So in this case, the AC was not very strong so we were sweating throughout the meal which was quite unpleasant. Then when it started to get busy, it was a 1 man show by the service crew while the others look very relaxed and nonchalant to the customers flowing in with no sense of urgency. Therefore, the atmosphere felt tense between crew members. Finally, while a customer was getting his water the glass suddenly exploded. After cleaning up that area and checking if the customer was okay, there was no damage control done. Usually, when glass explodes the shards do not stay in one place. Therefore, since we sat right next to the water dispenser, we did the job of damage control by looking for shards on the floor and low and behold, it was right beside my leg, and another found underneath another customers feet. Luckily, both of us pointed out the shards before anyone got serious injuries. Overall, it was quite a wild experience to have once in a while. Just glad that everyone was safe and the glass shards did not fly directly at anyone. Still, would come back for the food and desserts!

I had the most delightful time and dinner there. Admittedly it was busy, but the staff really did their best to ensure that all customers were served and attended to quickly. The food was great and the drinks were good too. We sat outside, but we were still well taken care of. I'd really like to complent Kayla, who despite being busy, was incredibly well mannered and sweet. She was prompt, cheerful and chatty. Totally made our day there. Will certainly return again.

It’s odd that no one has mentioned that this forms part of Baker & Cook - they share the same premises & kitchen. We got quite confused as we walked to the back only to realise that we had to enter via the main entrance of Baker & Cook. Ordered the no. 7 pizza which is the mushroom truffle one. The pizza dough was nice and chewy, and the ingredients were decent quality - it was, after all, baked fresh from the oven. However the pizza tasted a little bland and only improved after we added condiments. I think the tomato base needs a tad more flavour. Also went for a chicken tenders starter which was served in a paper bag ‘fast-food style’. Wished it was at least served in a small dish bowl with some sauce(s), given that this is in-restaurant dining… but oh well. It passed the taste test. Finished off the meal with a slice of cheesecake, where the layer of passion fruit glaze was just too sweet for my liking. But this is a dessert, so that’s understandable. The music playlist quite tickled me - it was a mix of 90s boyband music, Chinese/Canto ballads, and a Kpop song. I mean, I enjoyed it… as it was nostalgic… but strange for a cafe. In all honesty, this was a 3.5 stars experience. May return to try the other pizza flavours if I ever find myself in the area or wish to bring my pet along, but this isn’t the most convenient location for us.

My 4th time dining at the restaurant and it never disappoints. Super delicious pizza with amazing crusts and base every single time. The desserts are a must have too.

We had such amazing pasta & pizza no 4 at Plank, I don't think i'll want to eat any sourdough pizza except those from Plank going forward. Service staff were prompt & efficient despite incoming crowds. Will def be back for "mee kia" & "hae mee"!
