I tabao the siew mai and it was good. Not too fatty. Goes well with chilli. Update: Char siew bun was good but small. Filling has a charcoal taste.
$0.70 for red bean bun Came to try this place as a singaporean foodie influencer recommended this place, heard this is homemade. But this is really an expensive, small, sweet paste with thick skin bun. I am sorry, but really can’t enjoy this bun. πŸ˜‚ Really cannot trust what some foodie writers πŸ˜…
Their fan choy is highly recommended. Chicken glutinous rice was average. So is the bun (not in picture)
Not as good as the old days. Understand from a friend that staying nearby that they have changed owners. The skin was too thick for my liking. The same variety of pau were still available.

Mini char siew is the best, my goto place after Teck Kee Fatty Bao closed down
