The quality of the meats and seafood is excellent!The taste is very well balanced - just enough marinate or a light sprinkle of sea salt that doesn't overpower but enhances the natural flavour of the food! We ordered the bacon & lychee, grilled seabass (which was super fresh and the chili was excellent), grilled oysters (grilled to perfection because they weren't the least bit overlooked and were so juicy, fresh and fantastic!), the 4-egg chawanmushi, and the grilled squid was delish!

The 4 ton Chawanmushi is to die for. Have yet to try everything on the menu but have not been disappointed with our orders. Not forgetting the friendly service staff.
