Went with my son who is a vegetarian. Great options still available for us even though there are alot of meat. The mushroom and tomato soups were delicious and of quality. The staff were super helpful and definitely customer oriented. The prices and portions were reasonable. It is always gives consistent service, so it’s a real pleasure to go to any of the outlets. Definitely my family are big fans.

Decided to try Hai Di Lao for the first time after hearing all the hype from friends. Reached early & they gave drinks and snacks while we were waiting for a table unlike other restaurants. They even gave a free plate of fruits at the end for our first time. Service was great throughout too! They changed plates, gave spoons for the self serve desserts, & even refilled drinks. The best service of any restaurant thus far. Definitely will come back again in future!

Service still good, food is good but everything is getting more expensive. Used to have free beancurd but was shocked to have been charged $4 for it under condiments when I didn’t use any sauce at all. Overall it’s good, service staff tried to explain and waive but it’s okay. Support for the kid’s meal is free - choice of steam tofu/mini egg fried rice.

Great service and wonderful soups and fresh meats and veggies. Lovely time to bond over hotpot with good friends. Lovely views outside as we wait for our turn.

Service is top notch and huge range of fresh ingredients. Appetizer is good too. They even provide you an apron and shawl in case you're cold.

One of the top favorite Chinese hotpot restaurant in Singapore with >15 outlets across the island. They are really famous for their incredible service standards and also a wide variety of fresh items to pick from - seafood, desserts, poultry meat, traditional sides, etc. All dishes are also served very quickly. All orders are done through an iPad as well so its super efficient and user-friendly. Snacks are FOC and refillable also. You may choose up to 4 soup bases from a variety of close to 10 if I remember correctly - Sichuan, Chicken, mushroom, tomato, seafood, and their popular spicy pot. They are all very refreshing in their own way, authentic, and with little or no MSG ( i am guessing since I do not feel really thirsty after the meal). You can choose from a huge range of sauces as well (I think they have more than 20 - 25 types) - sesame, hoisin, ground beef, seafood, etc. are the best in my opinion. Their Gongfu Noodles is a must-try as well as they usually perform some cool "tricks" just beside your table as they serve your noodles into the soup base. The Japanese Beef is also another must-have on the table. ENd your meal on a sweet note with their ice-cream, tofu pudding, and a fresh fruit platter. All in all, a very fun, relaxing and fulfilling dining experience which you should pamper yourself with once in awhile, especially if you are a fan of hotpot. Very good atmosphere here at Vivocity outlet as well, but of course be prepared to wait during peak hours and weekends. There are set menus available as well and offers once in a while so it can be pretty affordable too. Regardless, you get awarded with great food and service all around so definitely worth every penny.

First time at Haidilao and I’m so impressed and so happy! 😀 I’m a strict alliums-free vegan and the staff are happy and equipped enough to help us make choices. Got a free drink - love the sour plum drink - while waiting. It’s quite a long wait but definitely worth it, especially enjoyable if you’re with friends or loved ones! ☺️ We had the tomato soup and mala soup, and both were great! Indicated less spicy for mala soup but it was still like 大辣 level for most of us (so beware!) Overall it was great and will definitely be back for more! 👏🏻
