I’ve been here a few times already over the last few years. This place still surviving post covid. It has a simple menu and provides simple Hong Kong dishes.
It’s quite a peaceful and calm place. When it gets busy naturally you’d get much less attention. The food is okay. Very basic but the price is also very fair.
I was craving for some dim sum so I sat down at around 6pm before the dinner crowd came in and tried their Cheong fun beef brisket and tender pork congee with one ice yuan yang. I thought for the price and atmosphere. Quite alright lah.
Mah hiam buay pai.
Easy meal 🥘 🫣
5 Star Service! Fast casual with a wide options of asian and western dishes. Their food is average and is passable for the price point. The restaurant is modern and clean, lots of seats with a pleasant atmosphere. I was only going to give 4 stars originally but the staff on duty on January 30, 2022 made me add another star. He was literally alone on the floor greeting customers, clearing tables, taking/expediting orders and doing the cashier but he was able to do it efficiently. I appreciate that he gave a heads up on the lack of manpower and potentially slower than normal service to set customer expectation. And although he was alone, I did not feel like there’s a lack of service at all. He tried his very best to attend to everyone and im super impressed! A few “entitled” customers left after only waiting for 5 minutes. I guess they don’t empathise with the manpower crunch the f&b industry is having with the pandemic. I’d like to commend the staff for being super efficient. I hope diners won’t be too demanding.. this is not a fine dining restaurant and to be honest the service I had here was better than some fine dining restaurant lol!
