I got to try TheNook because it is the partner restaurant of Big Hotel in Middle Road. Because of this, my stay in the hotel has definitely been happier.
The actual dining place looks hip. Its ceiling is high enough to create an illusion of wider space. It aldo houses a mix of high and low tables with an industrial design. There is a long table for people who are dining solo.
TheNook has a good selection of food for the breakfast buffet. The menu stretches from Asian to Mediterranean cuisine. I especially love their prawn roll and croissant. These food items are regular in the breakfast menu. The prawn roll is packed with real prawn meat and flavor compared to the prawn rolls available in other restaurants. The croissant has that balance of buttery flavor and flaky/soft that you would oh-so-like. They also serve curry, porridge, cold Plus points also for wonderful service by the food crew.
The crowd for breakfast is mostly hotel guests so you'll expect the place to be packed during this time.
This might not be a problem if you don't mind sharing a table with other hotel guests.
All in all, I would definitely recommend TheNook even for non-BigHotel guests for an ultimate breakfast experience. :)
Friendly staff here to give advise on which wine is the best to pair with which food. Also one of the best salmon steak can find in town :)
Great concept for those loving wine and beer...and great food, Brazilian Chef, Brazilian influences....
Thoroughly enjoyed my time coming here. Quiet place to enjoy a private conversation or two and extremely friendly people there. From the chef, Gui, to the manager, Prince, they made me feel like a regular there, even though it was my first time. Food is bloody excellent too. Will definitely be back.
The ordering way (App ,system ) is so friendly to use � and all the wine here is so nice I already try more than 10 different kind of wine ����

Lovely Brazilian manager is super friendly and gave us a complimentary tapas when our food took some time to arrive. The wine tasting card lets you experience many different wines at one sitting as well! Would definitely recommend for wine lovers
Good experience here. Staff are knowledgeable, after this visit I knew a lot more about wines and beer.
Good burger and the pasta was phenomenal. Made by hand no less. Will come back again.
Great place with great craft beers with a unique concept. You pour your own beers from the many drafts. I felt like it's my own bar where I can pour What ever beers I want. Friendly staff. No gst and no service charge.
