Camden medical has fast lifts/elavators unlike Paragon. The location isn't too bad even if you are not driving as it is somewhat walkable from the bus stop (320m+) although unsheltered and there is free shuttle bus service as well. There is also an upcoming MRT station which seems to be completing soon.

Great podiatrists at this medical center. Find MyFootDr here. Make use of the free shuttle bus to and from Newton MRT. It'll save you a bit of walking. Pay attention to which levels the elevators serve.
