This COURTS Megastore is the biggest one amongst the many COURTS outlets in Singapore. It is located beside IKEA opposite the Giant Hypermarket. It has a couple floors to it with the entrance being on its lowest floor. There are elevators inside and outside and escalators on the inside for the patrons. Being a retailer of consumer electronics and furniture, the Megastore provides hundreds of options segregated according to brands and purposes. On the first floor or the entrance floor, there are mostly electrical appliances for homes. Upon entering you will immediately notice televisions to your left, some with lit up screens. To your right, there will be a mixture of blenders and electric razors on sale. All floors are packed with appliances or furniture so you will end up having more than one option to pick from. There are more televisions farther from the entrance to the back where the cashier counters are. There are aisles upon aisles of kitchen appliances. One aisle is dedicated to stand mixers for baking, another to food processors and yet another aisle to electric ovens. There is an area specifically for the brand tafel and more than one aisle displaying garment steamers and ironing boards. Taking the elevator to the next floor, you will find a spacious area filled with sofas, desks, cupboards, bedroom furniture and plenty others. You will find several options for each furniture to pick from. In one section on the second level, there are little open rooms on display decorated with furniture for you to have an idea of how your houses or rooms will look like with the furniture of your choice. Security is tight with plenty of salesmen roaming around inquiring politely if you need their help, while also keeping an eye on you. On one hand, I appreciate the interest they take in their jobs however on the other hand, I find it a bit overwhelming with the number of times they walk to and fro around, in and between aisles.

Had a super great shopping experience last Sunday! Very relaxed shopping and the sales staff are non pushy at all. Very pleased with all the promotional discounts and price matches. Manage to get my 65 inch Sony tv & PS 5 & LG refrigerator & some other smaller appliances at very good price. All the salespersons I met there are both patient and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place as a one stop station for new flat owners or anyone who wants to replace their appliances

Had a very pleasant shopping experience with promoter Alvin Tin who helped us to effectively select our refrigerator, washer and dryer. He is very knowledgeable, sincere and able to pick the products very well. We are very happy with his service and the purchased items under his guidance. He also has a very good working attitude and does not hard sell at all when we visited the first time. Hence the second time we looked for him again and confirmed our purchases. My husband and I bought 6 items from Courts, ovens- convention and microwave, hob and hood and we’re served by Katherine who so patiently explained the details of the functions of each item. In fact this is our 3rd time looking for her. As our new place is not here yet, we have a lot of the time checking out for other brands. Not only the customer service was good, Courts also gave us discounts and free gifts for the items selected. We were very happy with the patience of the services so that we can make right decision which brand to buy. The other 2 items we bought were the fridge and the washer. We were also served by a very patient customer service staff called Shah who also explained in detail the pros and cons of the brands. He is very informative with the brands. We were very pleased with Court’s services and the promotional discounts! We make the right decision to go to Courts. Thank you both for your great services!
