Nice Ramen experience. The tight spaces, tiny tables, chairs pre ordering while Ilin queue is reminiscence of the dining experience in Japan. Choose the light soup base , for customers with a preference for a richer flavor can go with normal. Still light is pretty good and less salty. There are 5 complimentary boiled eggs on each table w marinated bean sprouts . A sweet touch . The noodles were cooked well, with a nice balance of hardness . The pork char siu was really good thick, flavourful and of generous size.

Ramen king? Who can beat the king? 🍜🇯🇵 I went to Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King in Tajong Pagar recommended by my friend. We went there during 12pm to avoid the lunch hour. They have three types of bases - original, red and black. We both got the original since it’s our first time. It includes three big slices of pork, free side dish of bean sprouts and free hard boiled eggs. I had three eggs in this meal 😂We order all the toppings which include seaweed, fungus, soft boiled egg and green onion. Highly recommended to do that. You get to pick your favourite flavour! I order with normal soup, less oil and normal noodles. Broth is rich, creamy and flavourful. The pork is really good with thick slices. No wonder it’s one of the best ramen in Singapore. I would love to try the other flavours when I travel in Singapore. Without tax is $15.9 in total. We also got a green tea cola by adding $3. Not a lot of green tea flavour but the colour is nice. Whole meal costs around $40 which is pretty decent considering the location. Staff is nice but it doesn’t have a welcoming feeling. The place is small and tight so there’s usually a queue during rush hour. Funny is that, there is keisuke gyoza king right next to this place. I really wanna try 🥹 Follow @michocolll on Instagram for more foodie review

Went around 3pm to avoid the lunch crowd for this. The broth was thick and super tasty, noodles nicely cooked. Superb food. There is 1 star missing (i put it back after typing my review for the FOOD) as we were greeted by a rather not very welcoming service staff. Was he rude or impolite? Not exactly, but it was not welcoming (feels abit like his ‘rest’ was disrupted) and that spoiled abit of the experience. To make the matter worst, I had a super hard time trying to peel all the eggs as they were all sticking to the shell. 🙃 Hard boil eggs are complementary, not complaining just saying cause it just happen to make it more pek chek. Overall, super tasty ramen! 👍

Small ramen shop with free flow hard boiled eggs and bean sprout and plain water to keep you full! There’s queue even on a weekend 5pm, Guess the shop is a little too small, ahah! If you don’t mind queueing, worth giving it a try!

Long queue but it worth it. They serve free eggs and bean sprouts. Eggs come with mayonnaise and soy sauce. I usually eat with ramen soup 🤤 Bean sprouts are slightly spicy but can’t stop eating it. You can customise your ramen. Noodle, soup and toppings etc. Enjoy your ramen experience at Tonkotsu King 🍜🤩

No wonder it is category as Top 8 Best Ramen in Singapore with a long queue. The broth is so rich, creamy and flavorful. Leaving a coat of oil on your lips after eating. The noodle, you can choose to your liking between hard, normal and soft (I went with hard). The noodle texture compromise the broth. Making me wanna slurp more noodle. Buurrrp... Yummy!!! Definitely come back to try the other 2 flavors.

One of those queue only no reservations places. Went on a Sunday afternoon for late-ish lunch so the wait was not too bad. For the price, the ramen was great. Had the spicy red and black ($10.90), both with the $5 all-in top up. The soup was flavourful but would try the lighter option instead next time. The chashu was large but on the lean side and not exactly very flavourful.
