A good place to relax. Had a good view of the fountain! But I do feel pressured as it feels the staff is waiting for us to leave even though it is not peak period and there isn’t much people around. Can tell the matcha in the drink is genuine so it has the “real” taste. Overall still a good experience!

Thank you Maccha house staff for your warm welcome and good service. The food is nice. I have enjoyed my dining experience here at Suntec branch . A special shout out to ZiQi and Joeshua for your great service .

Would like to commend the service by the manager/supervisor here. It was excellent. A waitress had served my wife's meal to the wrong table and before I would like to say anything. The manager reach out to the waitress and get her to reprepare the meal. It was the right move as it is still covid period and the person who got the meal had already took off the mask and touched the meal.
