This outlet has excellent seating capacity, fast free Wifi, an efficient & friendly staff, and a cozy & clean environment.

Quiet afternoon just with carrot & coffee. Pleasant environment and dedicated staff that makes the difference.
We were there during lunch time around 130pm today. They were busy and most empty table were occupied with plates cups etc. As they were hit by lunch crowds. The 3 ladies mending the counter were professional. One will take our order at the counter, the second will do the drinks, the third will clean the table and show us to it. Process waa smooth. We order 2 salted caramel latte, 1 vanilla latte, 1 regular latte and a panini tuna sandwich. The aunty who clean the floor area was observant. I was having itchy throat from the latte and was coughing, when out of nowhere she appear with a cup of water. She told me to drink it as it may helps the itchness and cough. I was suprise with her service. Kudos to her. She remind me of what our mum will do. I will vote her and the rest for EXSA awards.
This is the place I always come to for coffee if I come to ARC (which is quite often actually - once a month on average). Always has seats/tables and rather quiet. Coffee and cakes are of a good standard which one can expect from coffeebean. However this outlet has too little staff manning it. There are only 2 staff taking orders and preparing drinks. The wait to order and then collect the drinks is too long.
Coffee bean is one of my favourite cafes here. I love breakfast options here and my all time favourite hazelnut latte. I love it more because they are halal certified
