This is a review on the service staff at Pezzo J8. Usually i write reviews when i hv a bad experience.
Its my first time redeeming (Lazada) a lasagne and a personal pizza at Pezzo, nvr eaten before. When i was doing the redemption on my Lazada app, the same male staff (i believe) told me that he can't see well. So i put my phone closer to his face. If was not the smoothest redemption but it wasnt a negative experience. So after redemption, said male staff passed me a receipt and asked me to come back 30min later. I remember commenting 'wa so long' but he kept quiet. I left to buy groceries n was back at pezzo 10 min later, i really had nowhere else to go. I stood a distance from the outlet but still within view of the staff. He was busy the whole time i was there. While waiting a lady was next to me waiting with her daughter for her order from the next food outlet. Our eyes met, smiled, n she started describing her bad experience with the pezzo staff, rude n bad attitude n all. She also used the example of a guy who just came to pick up his order (while we were still standing n waiting), the guy had to say 'excuse me ' a few times to get the pezzo staff's attention. After she left i googled pezzo bishan n was reading the 1.8star reviews n thinking to myself i shdnt hv come to this outlet. A while later the pezzo guy looked at me n gestured for me to go over. (At this point i had decided to be a nice customer, no point agitating him). I realised that my pizza was freshly made, thus the wait, but i didnt wait the full 30min. He thanked me for waiting, asked if i needed cutlery and passed my food to me. I thanked him n said 'have a nice day' and he replied 'God bless you!'
