Noted: They moved to #01-11. Never disappointed for their pancake, Coconut freshly fry by the owner. Very creativity too, Not only traditional favourites, they do have (Peanut with peanut butter/corn/nutella)

Stumbled into this place by complete accident the first time. Hands down the best apam I've had in SG. Highly recommend their red bean paste pancakes: thick, but very light and fluffy pancakes sandwiching a most perfectly layered red bean centre. It's a shame they're not in a more accessible location
