The American Connection is the maddest burger I've ever had, trumps the Western Bacon Thickburger from Carls Jr hands down - don't even think about alternatives from McD's or KFC or... whatever. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients used from the quality and texture of the beef (I always eat beef) and spiciness of the mustard. It's amazing. Don't sell yourself short. Sell yourself 18 grill Tex-Mex.
