Two of us took a Basic Swiss Chocolate Making Class. It was a relaxed class with delicious outcomes. I learned a lot and have confidence to start playing with real chocolate now.

Enjoyed the class - Swiss Chocolate Making Extravagant (2days) - learned fm passionate Chef Reto Marzari in Nov2015. The 16pcs box chocolate received after class is delicious & yummy. My love for chocolate. Meet 2 friends in class. 3 of us signed up for Vegan Hazelnut Cake (thanks to chef to give us a date 22/12/15) specially to taught us. A cake made entirely without eggs & dairy products & coated with buttercream that is made without butter. Yet you can't taste the difference. Join Chef Reto if you too a chocolate lovers.
