Jin Ji Teochew Braised Duck & Kway Chap - Singapore - Photo album

The kway chap is well presented as can be seen from the photo. It is also a nice touch to serve the egg with runny yolk. It would be even better if the egg was well marinated. The kway chap soup is less salty than usual and the chilli here is unique, it's dipped in vinegar. Read the good reviews abo
Guilt-free kway chap. Meats were mostly lean with little fat. The chili seems little and not spicy at first but as you eat, the sourness cuts through the greasiness and everything becomes very appetizing. Paid $9 for kway chap 1 person set, which seemed a little high.
Ordered kway chap with braised duck, large intestines, tau gua and tamago egg, which costed $10.50 in total. Overall, it was below average and probably not the place I would go to when I crave for kway chap the next time. The chilli sauce was the highlight. Kway chap was on the bland side with a hi
Estate delivery. The duck really nice and yummy. The kway chap has a very nice hint of herbal soup. The pig skin was fresh without piggy smell. All food packed very well. Love to order again.
I've seen a lot of reviews of their braised duck rice. FINALLY went to try it and love it. Its not one of the cheapest of course but it is definitely reasonably priced. Went for the bento set and love it! Taste good and nicely presented. The egg and rice balls makes the whole presentation unique. D

Came as a family for dinner and we ordered from multiple stores for a mix of food. Thus ordered some duck portion and a mixed bento set just to try since I read about this stall. Teochew braised duck in general is lighter in dark sauce taste, and less sweet compared to other braised duck. Still, Teo
The duck meat was a bit dry and for the same price i can get juicy duck leg elsewhere. The rice is not yam rice. I find it a bit too soft. Soup was nice.
