Ampang Niang Tou Fu - Singapore - Photo album

Feeling of granny’s love can be found here. Old shop, same recipe for decades. Here Yong Tao Fu (stuffed tou fu) is served half soup half dry on the same plate! The name is closer to Hakka pronunciation (Niong Tiew Fu). Yong Dao Fu is Cantonese pronunciation, while Yong Dao Hu is Hokkien/Teochew.
Old boss only stall in Singapore,, sayang la. He retiring, closing in May 2022. Very nice and delicious!! However, $30.8 for two persons just eating normal quality of hawker food is too much expensive. Once in my life time is OK. Lol
Soup full of msg, confused menu. Doesn’t recommend. We were confused how to order as we were only given a piece of paper to check the items. There is no price tag also, we didn’t know how much was the items that we ordered. We thought it’s like normal ytf that everyone choose their ingredients for

My whole family loves it. The soup is clear and not too saltish. The crispy toufu skin is a must-have. It is 80 cents a piece, min order is 10/pax, but worth every penny in taste and satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Came all the way from Yew Tee CCK to East Coast Katong to try. Too expensive & taste normal. A plate like this less than 30pcs + 2 rice + 2 sour plum drink cost $25.20. One time is enough will not come back again. I can find a better one and resonable price at People's Park Hawker. 👎😪
This restaurant closed soon for good, therefore, we decided to check it out. In facts, boss and staffs aint friendly (they quarrel and bekcek quite often, sibeh short tempered during good business hours), workflow aint systematic and staff handles diners unfriendly or suka hati (we witness 2 tables
Very happy that this store is closing for good. $0.90 per piece and they will not put the price upfront and hide it at the far corner of the shop when u pay. Very small ingredients and the smallest fish cake you can find in Singapore.
