This place is Value for Money, serves good North Indian food. Though it does not offer a great ambience & no aircon. Avoid on weekends as its very crowded. What you should try - Tawa pranthas, dal tadka, Jira Rice & chilli chicken. They can certainly improve in chicken tikka.

In simple words - Worth the price paid. The quantity is satisfying and the test is really awesome. Love to come here regularly for dinner. Speciality is the butter chicken, Kadhai chicken and the Chicken Biryani. Totally worth to give continuous revisits. Love the north indian taste and feels as if in North India. Very few restaurants will match the level of Indian taste of this restaurant. Would love to revisit.
Cons- Outdoor dining, No AC and little late service.
This place deserves more reviews! Delicious food, good price. This is the ghobi paratha set. Dhal is very nice too.

The food is very good, nice staff and very reasonable prices. This is one of the best places if you like Desi food. the seating is in an open place which has fans very clean place. must try there cholay bathurey one of the best in Singapore. Highly recommend.

In the By-lanes near the Kitchener road/Mustafa Center and a little away from the "mainstream" Little India, you will find Handi, the restaurant. The food here is excellent. The guys here are super friendly. Not all cards are accepted here (i guess the accept the Local "Net" cards..)..but that wasnt a problem for us since i had withdrawn sufficient Cash for my week's stay at the Airport's ATM upon arrival at Changi.
We were staying at the Park Royal Hotel on the Kitchener road (just a minute of walking distance from this hotel) and always came here for our Lunch/Dinner and Tea. My Kid liked the Palak Paneer , the Roti/Naan and the simple Peas Pulao. I loved their Egg fried rice (which i requested them to make a little spicy), My wife always liked their Tea :-).
We always felt at home having food here. And i strongly suggest guys Staying in and around Park Royal Hotel on the Kitchener's road to try visiting this once (especially the folks from North, as Handi specialises in North Indian food).
Handi Restaurant serves authentic North Indian cuisine with a variety of stuffed Parathas and curries which includes Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is very clean and empty with efficient service.
