Lovely book cafe which looks fresh and welcoming. The staff were friendly, but the staff who served me gave me the wrong information about the ingredients that made up Moon milk. It’s a concept store, and the books they carry are rather specific / unique. A lot of people come in to look at the space, and to work / hang out. The ambience was good, the patrons maintained it but unfortunately today there was a staff I believe, who talked loudly over the phone for more than one hour, she is having a guidance sort of session with a client I suppose. Albeit good but could have done it in a more private setting - not inside the counter and later on moved to a table behind me. Other than the unfortunate timing today with the staff who was engaging a client over the phone, I would highly recommend to check out this space for some quiet time. I believe there is more space upstairs to relax too.

The space is great, gives off a hippy vibe. If you're into tarot card readings, divinations and crystals, this seems like a good space. I had the matcha lemonade, which seems weird and more lemonade than matcha. In fact, seems like all the matcha did was to add colouring to the drink. Seats are comfy though, and spaced far apart enough (probably due to covid). No loud music, which is a definite plus.

Chanced upon this lovely cafe with half the store front filled with books and artistic merchandise for one to browse thru during a Sunday walkabout in Chinatown.

An absolutely wonderful and cosy little place. Downstairs is more cafe like seating, and upstairs is a very chilled sofa and cushion area. They have free books you can borrow from the bookshelves as you relax upstairs. Drinks are good, worth the premium. I am very excited to return. (It's also worth noting that upstairs is a no shoe zone, so wear ones easy to take off)

Ambience: located at a quiet part of Chinatown, it’s a good place to sit, have a drink, relax and pour into your book. Cute and whimsical place. Food: did not try the drinks. not sure if they have food options. Wide range of books and events hosted. Service: friendly staff Cost/Value for money: average local price for cafe drinks

Love the interior design, ambience and the drinks were actually great as well! I tried the hot version of moon milk and it was delicious.

What an eclectic little outfit! Was a little skeptical when a friend suggested this place for an afternoon meet-up, fearing it was going to be another run-of-the-mill, bubble-gummy cafe. Was pleasantly surprised to find a interestingly stocked book-gift shop-cafe in a nook along Mosque Street. It had a non-mainstream selection of books (even for children!) and journals, as well as very one of a kind types of gifts and stationery. Really awesome. Felt ‘transported’ out of Singapore that afternoon into a place full of old world charm.
