Went to Just Acia since the Dhoby Ghaut Xchange days. Nice food that comes with free flow of drinks and ice-cream. Great service staffs at Sembawang SC.
Must remember this place, free flow drinks, free flow ice cream, set lunch with awesome prices starting from 6.80...yummy

They are generous on the meat servings. The spaghetti volume is decent too. Flavouring just nice.
They also offers free-flow of all beverages, hot & cold & ice cream too.

Used to eat here often a few years ago and it was pretty good. Revisited this restaurant recently. Prices seem to have gone up, though quality and portions have maintained, so that's alright I guess. Inflation.
Tried the Salted Egg Chicken Cutlet rice, and the Spaghetti with Fried Ebi. The cutlet was served hot and crispy, love it. The Salted Egg sauce was a lil watery and tasted very milky. Would be nicer with lesser milk and thicker consistency. Not bad overall. For the Spaghetti, the sauce seem pretty basic though it does smell and taste of the usual pasta herbs so that's something. Fried Ebi is great. Both dishes are not bad.
One thing I love about this place is the free flow drinks and ice cream. Cappuccino and Mocha are nice, Teh Tarik so-so. Didn't try the cold drinks. For ice cream, they had 6 flavors. 2 of my favorite there are the Rum & Raisin, and Tropicana (I think it taste a little of banana? Not sure what the flavors are lol).
Overall, it's a nice family restaurant. Affordable prices (assuming you consume the drinks and ice cream) and good portions.
