Still one of the best Hakka Yong Tau Foo here. Well cooked noodles serve with fresh ingredients. Tasty soup. You can add beef balls to your order. Their beef balls texture are great. Reasonable price and stall owner is friendly. Highly recommended.

Beef balls are very good! Chewy texture with a lot of juicy inside! Well seasoned! The soup is full of beef flavour too! Yong Tau Foo is good too! The soup could be slightly more flavourful. Noodle has good texture and tastes better than it looks.

Only giving it 4 star because of the queue... 5 star for the beef ball and sliced beef! Noodles were still nice and chewy after bringing it home for lunch😁. Probably even better if eaten at the shop.... Next time will try the traditional Hakka soon kuey and snacks! Be prepared to go early to catch the snacks.... They usually finish selling those at about 10~11am....operating hours from 7am to 5pm or when all ingredients are sold out.

Old school coffee shop and old school , one man show noodles stall. His hands are quick... But you still have to prepare to que... Nice chewy and soft beef balls..... 5 pieces.. with noodles.. for $4. I would say quite reasonable price. One of the old school shops left.. So eat while you can... Most probably none of his children would want to take over... Too much work...

Beef Noodles (SGD $5) @ The Beef House. . The beef noodles here take after the Chinese Hakka style, closely resembling that of a Vietnamese Pho. . The family-run stall is reowned for their handmade beef meat balls, painstakingly made daily using fresh Australian beef. It's minced and seasoned according to the heritage family receipe, resulting in a lovely bouncy springy texture with bold meaty sweet savoury flavour. . The fresh beef slices are medium-rare with a satisfying juicy chew, and robust meaty sweet savoury flavour. . The clear broth holds a full-bodied meaty sweet aroma, from beef bones boiled over 5 hours. Served with silky kway teow / flat rice vermicelli noodles, though the option of thin bee hoon is popular as well. Pure comfort food, yum.

Simple meal with clean flavours. Clear broth belies the flavours that carry the delightful beef balls with texture that is not run of the mill. Simple flavoured noodles too, a tad alkaline-y, but al dente enough to be enjoyed for a thoroughly comforting meal. No fancy frills, just old school simplicity. If you are not into beef, this stall offers Yong ToFu options too, with similar clean broth worth emptying the bowl of.

This place is satisfactory for a good combo of Yong Tou Fu plus beef bee hoon. If you still have some place in your tummy , soon Kueh to go . Beef ball home made bouncy chewy juicy . The broth is anchored with beef favour yet light in taste .Chilli is tangy and spice. Yong Tou Fu is old school rough and home made . I could taste the fish are mix with dory to save cost. Overall I'm sold by their home made chilli and sweet sauce . Something very special. Soon Kueh skin is crystal , chewy and the raddish inside has the bite to it. Not to soft , just hard enough. Ambiance is old school shop house coffee shop . Come early if you want to have a place to seat .
