Review One 2 One - Singapore

Great option if you want to drink bubble tea but don’t want something too sinful. This place is perfect for those who don’t really like overly sweet bubble tea — was told that the tea is made with minimal sugar. I ordered the Honey Peach with white pearls and it was not too sweet and even came with peach bits. Uncle is very friendly and took the effort to explain every drink to us and recommend drinks based on our preferences. Will be back to try the rest of the drinks!

Tried this Health-Tea bbt shop which sells bubble tea that is healthier by not adding sugar and offering white seaweed pearls instead of the usual black tapioca pearl. Got their caramel milk tea. The caramel taste was very strong which is good and bad. Good cause I love caramel however it did make the drink a little too sweet side. The couple managing the stall is super friendly. Can consider checking this shop if you're near the area.

We tried the Mango (with white pearls) and Honey Peach (with Strawberry pop boba) milk tea! 0% sugar but it's still sweet because of the natural fruit sugar. It tastes light unlike the other BBT that make you feel bloated and full. 100% recommended!! :D

Most unique bubble tea - they don't use tapioca but seaweed for pearls so it's healthier! the oolong with white pearls is great and they have loads of pokemon on display

One of the best bubble teas I've had!! The service at this bubble tea place is like no other!! They are super friendly and super nice and share patiently about the different options available! The toppings offered are also really special and unique to this shop :) special pearls made of seaweed and peach gum are some of the available toppings! Furthermore, they add less ice so that the bubble tea is less diluted than a lot of other bubble tea places Would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY recommend this place if you want a place to sit and chill/study and drink bubble tea!!

This is quite a hidden shop. The cashier staff is really friendly/welcoming and recommended the drinks and what their business is about. Opted the Earl Grey milk tea and is surprised that the milk tea doesn't leave that heavy after-taste that other BBT shops have. The tea has a stronger taste (which is their primary biz proposition) and even after a while where the ice has melted, the tea doesn't taste too diluted. Price-wise not too fancy like some other BBT shops as well.

Excellent tasting bubble tea. Refreshing, healthy and wide selection. The staff was very nice. Will be coming back :)

Unlike most run-of-the-mill bubble tea shops, One 2 One is committed to the taste of tea. The white pearls are so springy and fresh, leaving you satisfied but not feeling 'jelat' like you would with tapioca pearls. The more amazing thing about their tea is how much of the tea they actually have in the drink. Once you're done with the drink, there's hardly any ice left at the bottom. The shop owners shared about their commitment to the taste of the tea, lamenting that bubble tea chains spam lotsa milk, ice and toppings while neglecting the ACTUAL tea. What you get here at One 2 One is so refreshingly different from the conventional bubble tea experience (flavorful at first, then the jelat sinks in w the pearls, the tea loses the taste once the ice melts, your tongue is so numb you can't properly taste whatcha ordered in the first place, and you've got a huge puddle around your cup once you're done with it) Love the owners' passion for making good tea! Super friendly and committed to their craft AND service to the customers! I'm really glad I discovered this hidden gem!

I've been coming to One 2 One for bubble tea at least once a week for just under a month now and today I finally had the pleasure of trying out their Big Thunder Ball. I'm still in shock at just how good it is. The range of textures and tastes that are packed into this one dish is amazing, not just regarding the rice and the egg, that helps moisturise the rice, but also regarding the chewy black mushroom and crunchy carrot. With just one spoonful, it's already obvious to anyone that so much time and effort has been put into perfecting this dish. The red rice, a rice that is very difficult to handle, is cooked to perfection. For $3.50, I wasn't expecting to be so stuffed by the end, but I can barely walk. One 2 One is, in my opinion, the perfect bubble tea shop in Singapore as it offers not only the tea, but food and cheerful banter that compliments their teas beautifully.

A very unconventional yet refreshing variant on bubble tea. Very friendly and warm, sincere owners. Taste and overall ambience reminds me of bubble tea in the old days before the large foreign chains came in — only better. This is a bubble tea for tea drinkers, so those accustomed to cups full of ice and syrup will probably be disappointed. None of that here. The drink is thin and less creamy to allow the tea flavour to shine, and white pearls are used instead of black. This means a slightly less chewy texture (not sticky, takes some getting used to) but in return, there is absolutely zero “jelak” or bloated feeling at all, whether from the tea or pearls. Ratio is perfect (less ice, less pearl) such that after all the ice has melted there is no dilution of the tea, and the pearls can actually be finished. When I finished my cup, it was actually empty instead of a lump of ice with uneaten pearls at the bottom. Prices are very, very reasonable ($2–$4 range) and the sweetness level is excellently tailored to the health-conscious. I ordered 50% sugar and the taste was more tea and less sugar than I expected. Would recommend particularly to diabetic people or those watching their sugar intake as the taste comes from tea rather than sugar. Overall, highly recommended. Keep an open mind and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Perfect for those who are health conscious yet want to get their sweet tooth satisfied. The healthier seaweed based white pearls creates this perfect snap when you bite into them coupled by the perfume of the tea, you can tell from the first sip i was already hooked. Even though i left my tea alone due to studying. i was pleasantly surprised that after 2 hours the tea did not dilute one bit! I highly recommend the Earl Grey Milk Tea with White Pearl. Fragrant Earl Grey and Delicious yet refreshing white pearls, what's more to ask for? Excellent drinks with excellent service. 10/10 :D

super good oolong milk tea!!! we tried the donding and golden oolong milk tea and both are so good my bf preferred the donding oolong with a stronger tea taste while i proffered the golden oolong with a smooth and nutty flavour! highly recommended if you’re a tea lover.

The shop fulfilled the very basic purpose of bubbleteas: Quickly qenching your thirst! Only tried the earl grey tea plus seaweed white pearl and i already cant wait to go back and try out even more! And one would not expect such great customer service from a bubbletea shop. The staffs were very patient in explaining each ingredient used in their drinks when questioned. Would highly recommend! If you want more ice than bubbletea, dont go to this shop (very little ice in their drinks). They definitely value customer satisfaction more than anything else! :)

Chanced upon this place when the shop opened 3 day ago. Has become my go to bubble tea shop.

I’ve been a regular for their luohan guo with chrysanthemum tea and peach gum (it really helps with sore throat and tiredness). The only downside is how popular the drink is and having it sold out, but that’s a good problem to have I guess! It’s rare to find bubble tea shop owners like Jane and James who are avid tea drinkers, so you know it’s from the heart when they share their tips on TCM principles, ingredient knowledge and the need to minimise sugar with all their customers! Earnest service with a love for what they do and healthy bubble tea/herbal tea drinks: definitely on my list of recommendations

Very friendly shop owners. The original oolong tea is really superb. They even made their own specialised tea for us. Thank you so much.

The tea is so delicious- I have mine with no sugar so it’s important to have good tea! Full cup, just enough ice to keep it cold, no skimping of ingredients.

Wow... This is really yum. I tried the black coffee double shot with pearl. Though owner mentioned its first time request for such combination, turn out it it blend well. Healthier choice for healthier pearl! Will come back!

I love auntie Jane and uncle James. They have mastered the art of bubble tea!! I tried the peach tea and the golden oolong milk. The tea is robust with or without milk. True to their words, it is not too cloying. Most importantly, try the boba! I've been trying to find boba ever since I drank boba pop in Vietnam. Cheers!
