First time at Upin hot pot and the experience is great. Courteous staff and excellent service. Would be good if there’s options for half portions! Would highly recommend my friends to try too!

Not many people even during the lunch rush hour, the store is spacious and clean, and the dishes are fresh and not too expensive. Not bad really.

Been here twice so far. Both times the experience was great. Plenty of options for vegetarians. The prices are reasonable. One suggestion for first time diners would be to order half sized portions initially. If insufficient, items can be added later. Mushroom base comes with different mushrooms so you can try other veggies/snacks with it.
Wonderful experience! I wish this place received more recognition. Decided to dine here for my birthday dinner and did not regret it. Soup base is yummy, food is good, price was less than $200 for 4 pax, inclusive of a bottle of beer, 3 meats and 2 soup base plus many many more liao, could never get this price at HDL or beauty in a pot for 4. Ingredients, vegetables, meat and condiments were fresh, place was clean, service staff were very attentive. A wonderful and cheaper alternative from HDL (and I am someone who frequents HDL) Highly recommend all those in west coast to support this place. Last order is at 1030pm and they close at 12 midnight. Good for those who wish to dine out a little later.

This place is located at 2nd floor of West coast plaza. The food is pretty good and what's great is that you can order half size of veggie dishes incase you don't have a big group. Price to value is very good, around 30 percent cheaper than haidilao. The service is fantastic. If you live in the area should def check it out.

The beef cuts here are really good and we ordered it a couple of times repeatedly 😂 i have been here several times with my family and this time I brought my colleagues. They gave the thumbs up. Service is good and the female senior server will kindly advice you to order bit by bit instead of wasting food. Our beverage cups are always filled up instantly by the attentive server and we didn't even have a chance to ask.

Yummy and fresh food! Soups were great, ordered tomato and spicy mala. Ordered pork and beef, dumplings, shrimp ball, mushroom, lotus root, corn and noodles. Added free flow drinks and sauces. For 3 pax total $104. I would say it’s reasonable for the quality of the food. Service was also good, waiters were extremely responsive and attentive (although not the most friendly). Overall, very pleasant experienced. Enjoyed our meal thoroughly!
Would recommend to reserve in advance on weekends! It was pretty crowded.
Was there for their set lunch. Place was pretty quiet, only 2 other tables were occupied.
Waitress named Han was very pleasant and attentive. She was also very patient as we weren't familiar with their menu. Food portion was generous.
Only problem was that we felt thirsty after the meal.
