天福炒米粉 Tian Fu Fried Bee Hoon - Beehoon/Fried Mee Mix - Fish Fillet - Otah - Fried Egg - Stir Fried Cabbage S$3.80 This is officially my next favourite stall at interim. It is another cheap and good stall! For 4 ingredients, it's only S$3.80!! I've tried other economic beehoon at the same Hawker Centre but this is really by far the best, in terms of quality and price. I really liked their chilli! It was slightly spicy, and not overwhelmingly sweet. It mixed well with the fried beehoon, which was FRAGRANT!! I personally preferred the beehoon to the fried mee - in terms of personal choice as well as the taste of this. But you should try both and make a judgement for yourself. The ingredients were pretty nice. Though it tasted normal, the fried fillet had some crispy batter, which I enjoyed. The egg was perfectly cooked for beehoon - it had a runny yolk which gave it a very nice moisture and taste to the beehoon. To me, the let down was the cabbage. In terms of flavour it was okay, but I did find it a little undercooked as it was slightly too crunchy for my liking. Overall, it is a place I would definitely recommend, and also a place that I will probably patronise for the next 6 months. Yes, every working day. Overall Ratings: 4/5
