Heng Carrot Cake
One the more popular stall in the Food Centre, Heng Carrot Cake has been around since the 1970s and they are one of the few Fried Carrot Cake stalls in Singapore that still makes their own Carrot Cake. The stall also serves up Fried Oyster and Oyster Omelette.

Fried to crispiness, super shiok to pair with fresh succulent oysters. Love this wonderful rendition of Orh luak, I am a fan already.
My all time favourite carrot cake since 1990s to now.. the cake texture is something u can’t get elsewhere. The crispness of egg is just so good!!
Delicious Freshly crisp oyster omelette. Only complaint is the odd oyster on the plate a bit smelly. Waiting time can be 5 minutes up to 30 minutes depending on the time u go.

Got the black carrot cake. There was 3 or 4 big chunks, they didn't bother to mince it evenly.. Even the halal stall carrot cake taste better.
Their oyster egg was fresh and extremely tasty, not too oily but with the right mix of flavours. The carrot cake was also fragrant and flavourful, with a aromatic blend of sweet and salty. Although the queue is a bit long, its definitely worth it.
