Ichi Tei - Singapore - Photo album

Ichi Tei is a small shop in Sunshine Plaza managed by an equally small team of maybe 2. But don’t be fooled by its small size. We had Saba with Udon Set ($11.50), Chicken Curry ($12), Hokkaido Scallop & Salmon Mentaiko ($16.50), Salmon Sashimi ($3) and Shiro Maguro ($3). For the Chicken Curry, the c
Excellent food!! You can really taste the love and effort the couple put in to make every dish. The prawns, fish and scallops were imported from japan, no wonder the ones we had were so sweet and fresh! Definitely recommend the hokkaido scallop salmon mentaiko aburi don. Wow. Great food! The dons were good. Had the salmon and scallop aburi don set. Also had the unagi set. All awesome. Seafood was fresh, rice was well cooked. Super cheap for the price. Probably worth 50-60 bucks at least. It was just $35 for 2 sets with additional 2 drinks!

Sent them WA to book a table for 3, restaurant responded almost immediately. The lady serving us was friendly and her recommendations were good. Food were delicious and price were reasonable. Found a new gem and I will come back again!
Super nice Japanese Cuisine, had been patronising this shop for more than 10 years. Excellent service provided by the bosses. Just tried their chicken wings (new on menu) and taste superb!
TLDR: Slightly above average ramen Order: Tonkotsu Ramen + Croquette Set Cost: $12 + 3 Walked pass the ramen store and always wondered why it’s empty. Decided to try it with my friend to support local business. We realised that it’s together with Ichi Tei, which is the parent store down the mall.
Food is amazing! Had Scallop & Salmon Mentaiko Don + Pumpkin croquette. If they lay wooden walls and floors, I think the atmosphere can be very good, like a real Izakaya. Will definitely come back.
