Has potential but as yet lacking buzz and variety that one would come to expect in Singapore. Car park is very average and rates are on the high side but this is a very popular part of Little India so it's to be expected. Few furniture shops, a school and small stores selling trinkets. Supermarket in the basement is a big appeal.

Nice mall, but nothing much exciting though, except for the Sheng Xiong supermarket at ground floor, which has a lot of varieties for good prices. I have seen some artificial flower shops at the top floors (not real flowers though).

Nice mall with Sheng Siong as the anchor tenant. It is great to see Mustafa money changer counter here. Very convenient and don't have to walk all the way to Syed Alwi road.
