Super fresh and delicious seafood at very reasonable prices. Love the crab beehoon, soup tasty, comparable to the famous one in AMK. The crab is succulent, full of roe and cooked just right, flesh is still qq and sweet and I could easily pull the flesh of the shell which means the crab is really very fresh. The other "wow" dish was the garlic deep fried pork. Very well marinated. It was so good I decided to dabao some home, can make pork sandwich (猪排包) for breakfast tomorrow. Hehe. Their mango salad is worth mentioning. I don't usually have high expectations for Thai mango salad, it's just something I order to meal it a balanced meal (or at least I feel like it's a balanced meal), most places use very raw mangos that are flat sour and have this siap siap aftertaste. But the one I had here is different, the mango is slightly ripe so it's got a tinge of sweetness mixed in the savory fish sauce dressing. And I think they got the shallots, chilli, peanut ratio just right, not too spicy and just nice crunchy. Finally dessert. Their coconut ice is a must eat, even if you are very full after the meal, I'll still recommend you order one to share. It's only mildly sweet so it feels very light. It had slices of tender young coconut flesh that I slurped up with the ice cream. Shiokness to the max. Will definitely come back again soon.

Everyone loves Thai food so if U ever have a craving for some REALLY authentic Thai cuisine, pop down to Yaowarat Seafood. Had Mother's Day dinner there & the food was sooooo awesome dat Daddy, who's also the pickiest eater I know, requested dat he have his Father's Day dinner here too. Nestled in a quiet lil corner just off Upper Serangoon area, the place is always bustling during dinnertimes so U needa book in advance to prevent disappointment. So far, everything we've tried are yummilicious, the seafood superbly fresh & the highly recommended dishes are: Fresh oysters (big, fat, fresh & succulent) Grilled seafood platter (pictured) Crab bee hoon soup (I LOVE crab bee hoon soup & this is right on top of my cravings list) Deep fried pork belly Steamed Thai style sea bass And to top it all off, EVERYTHING is reasonably priced!

Had a wonderful meal here. The food brought us back to Thailand, with the flavours of every dish. Generous servings and prompt service from the staff. Menu is quite extensive too. Will be back to try their crab dishes!

Had an enjoyable dinner at Yaowarat Seafood! Especially loved the juicy BBQ pork neck ($12.9) and clear tom yum soup ($18.9) that had the right balance of spiciness and sourness for me!

Definitely an above average thai seafood restaurant - the seafood was really fresh and cooked perfectly. The live prawns in thai sauce was really fresh and sweet, in a spicy tangy lime sauce that went so well with the prawns. The lobster bee hoon soup was really flavorful, and the live lobster was cooked perfectly (which is hard to do for a lobster in a soup). The kailab was nice and garlicky - would be back for a solid meal.

Taste of food is good! Love the crab beehoon soup for rainy cold weather. Price is above average. Location is within walking distance from Nex.

My go-to place for Thai Food. The papaya salad, green curry (so fragrant) , petai and BBQ pork neck are smackingly delicious.

Food tastes good. Garlic pork is nicely flavoured, stir fry kai lan has wok hei, mama noodle pot has good portion size for 4 pax. Suggest to reserve table in advance.
