15 Jan 2016 12 noon. Found a GEM today for Salted Duck that 45-year old Benson uses his own home recipe marinated form of preparing white salted duck that is tender and smooth and flavourful but not that salty. Smoked ducks are very good too. This 7-month old salted duck stall started in June 2016 is worth a try. Prices here are also very reasonable coming from a coffee shop. We ordered the smoked duck meat that comes in a strip of SGD7 each. The innards SGD1.50, pig skin SGD1.00 Rice and porridge is SGD0.50c each while the kway teow soup (without meat) is SGD1.00 each. We ordered half white salted duck cost SGD16. Total lunch today for 4 pax cost SGD28.50 and it was an enjoyable yummy meal. If you order a whole salted duck it is SGD30.00 If it's quarter SGD8, lower quarter SGD9.00

My daughter LOVES the salted duck rice, she also can't get enough of the soup that comes with it 😊
Delicious Salted Duck Hainamese Rice.
This is quite hidden gem and local community favorite.
Duck was tender and perfectly salted.
Next need to try smoked one or even the kway teow.
Buy the 5$ and you will get more duck. Worth it.
Superb yummy salted duck dry kuey tiao. The special sour chilli goes well with the duck meat.. this is why, in the end ... I tabao one whole duck back to makan at home! I will be back for more!
We had breakfast at this coffee shop and have always been wanted to try this salted duck stall.
There is already queue started to build up even before the stall is open..
We decided to tabao for lunch later after our breakfast there.
While queuing, we saw the customers in front of us are ordering by huge portions, full salted duck, smoked ducks and their fish maws soups.
When come to our turn, we only ordered 3 packs of the $3.50 salted duck rice as we would like to try out.
The lady serving us is very friendly and service is fast too.
We tried the salted duck rice back home during lunch, and the taste is pretty good.
It is not overly salty and tasted fresh..
The rice is pretty similar to chicken rice and the chilli is nice too.
Will try their fish maws soup and smoked duck in our next visit.
Enjoyed everything we ordered here, salted & smoked duck, pig organ & fish maw soup and towgeh. Salted Duck is tasty and unique although it maybe too salty for some. The smoked duck is more flavourful but it's something you can buy frozen from the supermarket except the meat is very tender here. The soup is nice and good value with lots of ingredients. Be prepared for long queues on weekends and come early as the duck may sell out by 1pm
This hidden gem in Toa Payoh is genuine, honest, tasty Hawker fare, reasonably priced and always tasty. The Pig’s Organ soup is delicious and hearty, and the signature dish, Salted Duck, is tender and melts in the mouth. There is often a long queue at midday, so recommendation is to come before 12pm, otherwise you can find even 10-15 people ahead of you. Aunty is always very friendly and helpful, makes you feel at home. Thursdays it is closed, which is always sad! :)
Both salted and smoked duck taste great!
The pork organ soup tastes really good.
Not too strong, but, flavourful and refreshing.
A must try if you are a fan of poached chicken rice. Salted duck is prepared similarly, down to the flavoured rice. Tangy chilli is a perfect complement.
