Located at level three of Shaw Centre, this restaurant has a good selection of Cantonese fare. The char siew and roast pork is quite good. We had the consomme of pig’s liver, prawn-paste toast, braised quail stuff with fin (best for the night!), pan-fried caramelised tiger prawn, braised pig’s trotter with Phoenix-eye nut, braised pomelo skin in superior crab broth, stir-fried artisanal black bean with bitter gourd and roast pork, steam pork in sour plum, steam rice with liver sausage, Yan with glutinous rice. Good service and great experience.
Love the bbq pork - not too fat not too dry, perfect mix. The soap of the day was also really good with real chicken and some chinese herb. The melon with mushroom is amazing to look at (like a crystal ball) and tasty. Overall very good dinner in a quite ambience. Will definitely visit again.
Delightful time with fine cooking and quality.
