Updated: uncle has retired and the stall has taken over by his disciple. Standards remain the same 👍🏼, so you still get your good old bak chor mee here.
Soup Noodles 小碗面 ($7). Noodles were springy and seasoned just right. The soup came packed with fishcakes, pork slices, minced pork and liver slices. At its first taste, you know the soup was brewed with pure porky goodness. A class on its own.
