Starbucks

Had some issues assessing to my gift card today and one of the staff, a very kind Chinese lady which I forgot to ask for her name, assisted me patiently. I’m not a hugeee fan of Starbucks but I guess with good experience like this will definitely make me want to patronize them again. The ‘Taylor’s Latte’ is fantastic. I love the ambience there and it makes me feel like im taking a break from my daily work. Wishing the staffs there a Merry Christmas !

I want to share my great experience with Cashier John and Barista Daryll working on 5th February 2020 morning. I bought 1 for 1 Black Sesame Matcha Latte with Taro Foam on 4th February 2020 but the barista working on that morning made my order without Taro foam. I did not realise the mistake on my order and thought maybe they blended in with the drink. So I drank the hot one and kept the cold for the next day. On the same day, I recommended my friend to try out because black sesame is unique but it tastes just alright. He bought the drink on the same night and told me that it tasted nice especially with the taro foam. That is when I realise I did not taste any taro foam on my order. I tried my luck and went back on 5th Feb morning to explain what I encountered and ask if they can add the taro foam on my cold Starbucks that I haven't drink. Without hesitation, John said he is very sorry and will replace two new hot and cold drink for me WITH taro foam. John and Daryll were very apologetic towards my experience and that is why they deserve to be the best employee of the month and pay raise!! They are probably the best customer service I received from any Starbucks in Singapore. Made my day :) The drink tasted perfectly with Taro foam, makes a very big difference!
