It's difficult to find decently priced food in orchard especially at lunch time. Service is great and incredibly fast even during peak lunch hour. When there are no seats available, the staff go through the extra effort to open up the foldable tables! The duck skin is fantastic and the rice isn't just plain steamed rice, the lightly flavored, fragrant rice compliments the roast duck quite well. And the gravy that is generously laddled onto the duck doesn't overpower the rice or the duck. Instead, it ties the whole dish together. The portions have remained quite consistent (as I've eaten here 4 or 5 times within the past 30 days it's that good) Plus it's great for the wallet!
I love the chicken rice! Taste good. Usually crowded at lunch time. So you better be hurry.
Very secret hideout for good cheap local Hong Kong food. Retained its nostalgic more than 15 years.
