This is my 2nd attempt on the lobster roll, i would say there is a great improvement since early days (1 month back). I have ordered the Connecticut flavour. The butter sauce enhances the sweetness of the lobster and blends well with the toasted bread. Usually, I eat very fast, but somehow this lobster roll makes me enjoy every bite slowly. Moreover, the soup is thicker now, next time i should try to dip the lobster roll in the soup : P

Mildly toasted & buttered split top bun, with some mayo, lemon butter, secret spices and PURE LOBSTER meat. Love the lobster bisque too!
