Visited on Friday night at 6pm. Crowd hits the restaurant at 7pm when the place starts to get full. If you’re craving perfectly done abalone and delicious traditional Chinese food, there’s no better place than Ah Yat. Delicacies like fish maw, sea cucumber, shark fins are made into mouthwatering perfect dishes here. I came here to fix my abalone craving and it hits the spot perfectly!
If you would like to pamper yourself and your loved ones to Chinese delicacies, this is the choice.
Only problem is when you visit in couple or solo very difficult to enjoy many food. Come in groups of 5-8, easier to order set packages to taste a variety of memorable dishes. We got the individual shark fin soup which is great (soup doesn’t taste like those starchy ones elsewhere). Their efu noodles may look dull but it’s absolutely delicious with wok-hey. The flavours tastes divine in the mouth. They have great chefs here. And the service is excellent!
Used to patronize when they were at the hotel. Went back recently and the food is still so delicious. Service is good too.
Ordered the CNY set and food arrived on time at 12.30pm today.
Family are very pleased with the food.
Price is very reasonable. Their sets are at good value too. Added some nice dim sum too.

It was a unplanned for dinner because we saw the restaurant from the Carpark next to it. It turned out to be a great choice, we didn’t order anything fancy apart of the steamed bamboo clams, simple dinner but yummy. Will return to try the menu
Good and value for Money ! Do not hesitate ! Come here for their set menu which cost only $50+ and it comes with delicacy like a whole abalone and several courses to complete the meal ! Delicious ! Value for money !

First time to their new location.
Just beside the multiple storey carpark. So parking wasn’t a trouble.
Saw most of the staffs are still working in this outlet. Heard the boss closed down a lot of Ah Yat branches, in Genting, Indonesia etc.
Do take a look at the restaurant set meals.
Very value for money. Have abalone.
Yummy.
Food was still good
Service was still tip top.
Forgotten to take the rest of dishes, was busy eating!

The food are value for money.
Those on budget- can always try their Tim Sum or their set meal.
Those who can spend a bit- there are wild fresh african abalone (big and tasty, $$$$$)
Dim sum is freshly served, must try.
