Itacho brings back alot of memories, as a teenager this was the first “proper” Japanese restaurant I tried with my friends.
Therefore, despite the higher than usual prices, I enjoy food from Itacho a lot. Multiple meals at multiple outlets, but I like Star Vista because there usually isn’t much of a crowd and I can enjoy my meal quietly.
Props to the friendly and helpful staff too, makes my dining experience even better! :)
Last minute decision to head over to Itacho Sushi at Star Vista to satisfy a sashimi craving, and it certainly did! A reliable and safe bet for a Japanese restaurant chain, which serves up fresh sashimi, and other innovative sushi and roll creations. The price is quite reasonable, and service staff is attentive and polite. Good choice for Japanese food if you're in the area.

Japanese food that is of decent quality and priced reasonably, you could always find cheaper and better but for ease of access and a large spread of options, Itacho serves well enough to satisfy any sushi cravings you might have
I love the food here. They’re of great value and tasty!
Sashimi is very fresh. I recommend having 1904 Bara chirashi Don. It is different from most restaurants that I’ve tasted - they have their own secret soy sauce mixture!
They spoil us with so many sushi choices - my favourite is the roasted salmon & skin series (only available while stocks last in the evening).
Tip: wet tissue and refillable green tea is free!
A reliable sushi joint in Singapore for fresh Japanese food. The steals were the limited promotion items - Roasted Salmon Skin Soy Sauce Cod Fish Caviar at an incredibly cheap price. The other items on the menu were a little more pricey though, due to the smaller portions. Unagi was fresh. Would be nice if they have more non-seafood options. Overall an enjoyable meal!
Fresh and tasty sashimi. Nice choice of set lunches and promotion items to choose from, on top of usual menu.
