Had dinner over the weekend at this shop. Pretty authentic HK tea shop delights served here. Ordered a fried rice, 2 milk tea and a vermicelli soup with chicken cutlet and eggs. The food was really tasty, especially the fried rice. Had wok hei and the rice was not very oily. The vegetables were als
A good start to the day means some delicious food ! . 📍 @honolulucafesg - The Centrepoint Orchard . This was Curry Beef Brisket with instant noodles and fried egg and a Spicy Prawn noodle with egg, plus 2 very big Pineapple Buns 🤤 . The curry was ok, good curry flavour but not as fragrant as others

The Egg tart was nice, as was the pineapple (polo) bun! Ordered the pineapple bun meal which was Crusty and sweet, a perfect match wi
Egg tart was surprisingly the BEST I had in SG so far (my preference). The crust has layers and crispy, the sweetness of the egg was just nice, not too sweet. Had to say, we less appreciate the tofu tart, had one bite to try and that’s it. It’s not sweet nor have Any taste, the tart is cold. Can’t

Where can u find a quieter corner around Orchard Road to have a nice char Chan teng meal any day. Accessible good tarts & food!
Authentic HK char chan teng experience. Decent HK street food, especially happy about the curry fish ball. Egg tart and Bolo bun also quite nice. Definitely recommend to visit if you’re around and wants to get authentic HK food :) Note, there may be a short queue if you visit around 3pm in the after
Honolulu is One of the few cha Chan teng style cafes that has good overall range of hk food Not much changed since they opened a few years, today had the tomato soup based macaroni with all the toppings added Also added peanut butter French toast , which turned out to be too much for one person Over
