I grew up eating at this no-frills restaurant despite living on the other end of Singapore. The standard of food and service has always been consistently good. Highly recommend the pineapple rice and fried fish!
If i had to review the food only, i wld say its only average, 3 stars. But the excellent service was definitely a 5 stars. The service staff were kind and efficient and dont seem to be rushing messily all over the place. Moving on to the food, the fried fish was quite nice for its price, crispy but soft on the inside. The fried cuttlefish tasted okay, not as flavourful as expected but the squid was quite tender. Honey chicken was my favourite dish, good blend of sweet and salty. The pineapple fried rice was rather bland.
Overall, despite the long queue, we waited for a short while as the staff is very efficient. The service staff are very kind and the food is cheap despite it being so-so. Its probably more of a zichar than thai eatery.
Been patronising this restaurant since I was young. The good is food and reasonable price. Must try the deep fried fish, sotong and the pineapple rice!
Delicious and quick zichar dinner! The deep fried calamari and fish were super well done. Good batter and perfectly fried with the fish and squid still moist and tender. Kang Kong was pretty normal. The pineapple fried rice could do with more pork floss. Overall very affordable and tasty! Will come back again to try other items.

Taste wise i find that its quite similar to the ones that I had in Bangkok restaurant thats open by Thai chinese.
Hmm.. frankly speaking, it doesn't seem to be Thai food for me. Rated as 5 as the foods were nice. Both food and beverages are not as authentic as I was expecting
Surprisingly good, we find that 80% of the Thai dishes are delicious and very much on point. Even the black pepper beef and fried fish is cooked to the right tenderness.
Among one of the best Thaifood for it’s price in my experience. Will be back to try the dine in future 👌🏻✨
