Food was better then expected. Value for money. Swensen's been around for a long time. They still have some of my childhood ice cream. Service was good at city square mall. The outdoor chairs and tables looked dirty and disgusting though - the layers of dust and dirt built up was terrible.

Went on Mon afternoon. Not crowded and service was very prompt. Food was quite good.

Very convenient and chill place in the middle of the mall. Service was really nice and quite fast. Food was quite good (vegetarian lasagna) but the portion a bit small. Too bad as the food was really tasty. Haven't tried the desert but my friend happily did. they have quite a huge selection of ice cream-desert. Price was ok.

Yummy ice cream as usual. Great 1 for 1 offer in the afternoon between 2.30pm to 4.30pm on weekdays. Long may it continue. Also please note if you order 4 items, you get charged for the higher priced of 2 items and the 2 lower priced items will be free. So technically, it's not a strictly like for like free.
