Bedok North 85 is a popular hawker stall at Singaporeans’ favourite hawker centre. The hawker stall operates from 5pm in the evening to around 3am in the wee mornings. Besides offering some crowd-pleasing hawker food, the stall was a visual spectacle with some boisterous clinking sounds of the woks and exuberant chit-chatter among the crew.

Their rendition of oyster omelette is one of my favourite. The fried omelette has a perfect blend of starch, eggs and chilli and they form a Holy alliance to deliver a flavour punch. However, the fried omelette could get a little greasy and my mate often could not finish them after a few bites. Nonetheless, you could get a dozen of plump, firm and fresh oysters alongside the fried omelette 🤤🤤
