One of my favourite dim sum place to go, been here a few times and i must say they serve quite good Hong Kong dim Sum with good service quality from staffs.
Friendly staffs and have the initiative to give suggestions if you are not sure what to try.
A must try for their egg tarts, very smooth, the
Song Garden used to be one of the favourite dim sum place before covid. However, when I revisit it recently, the quality drop so much and very disappointed. The bean curd of the bean curd roll is hard and dry even with the gravy, it’s definitely not fresh. The xiao long Bao don’t have much soup in i
Apart from the Yu Sheng which is always a rip-off at all chinese restaurants during CNY, their ala carte menu has some interesting dishes such as signature bak chor mee, otak siew mai, XO carrot cake (one of the better ones I’ve tried), avocado cream, everything else is priced pretty decently for a
My boss brought us here for lunch... Nice dim sum and food ..my favourite is the pumpkin lobster soup.... Lobster was fresh and portion was good. Will come again.
My second time here for dim sum which both food and service standard are above average.
What I ordered:
1. Stir-fried carrot cake with signature chilli sauce
2. Pan-seared 'otah' seafood dumpling
3. Steamed beef tripe with black pepper sauce
4. Minced pork dumpling in hot and spicy sauce
5. Xiao lo
Extremely awful standard, everything is bad. The meat is stale and stinks. I don't ever leave bad reviews but hawker standard is better than this. Tea is bland as water and service staff doesn't fill your teapot.
Nice environment. Food are good. Their soup is superb.
Here to try their dim sum items on the menu. Some of them are fusion, with a more modern twist to it. Would recommend the superior shark fin soup if you are up for it. The portion are quite generous.
The roasted pork is awesome. The skin is super crispy and you can feel the crunch in every bite.
