I have visited Le Noir for over 9 years. It is one of the best locations within Clarke Quay, with a great outdoor bar (indoors also available) offering a well made selection of cocktails, wine , beers and bar food (can not recommend the Le Noir signature burger enough :) The staff are friendly and attentive. The General Manager Johnathan, is a great host and has attracted a diverse customer following, offering a great ambience for drinks , in a location that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in Singapore, wether it be for date night or for a good old catch up with your mates.

I stopped here on my birthday for happy hour walking through, the waitress really went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of. They even gave me a free borthday cake and icecream with a shot of tequila!! Great spot! Great views with water show at night. Live music. Clean. Great drinks!
