Popping by for a post workout meal has become a ritual after almost every gym session nearby. What is so captivating about this cafe is not about its food but more of its excellent service and hospitality that makes me keep going back. The boss (I think so) is sincere and friendly with great personality. Coming back to the food, they are wholesome and healthy and the plus point is they are prepared immediately upon order. A fulfilling and complete brunch on a plate filled with healthy yet tasty sides. Spoiled with choices for each item on the plate, took some time to choose! Loved the veggie sides. The CBD location is great for a weekend brunch without the crowd.
Portion size is huge and well worth the price. The chicken is tender and flavourful even without additional sauce. I had the "just greens" juice which was pleasant and not overly sour.
The counter staff was friendly and made great recommendation.
Overall would dine in again.

I've been eating at this cafe for the last 2-3 years. Not only it's healthy, it's also very fresh as well.
Somehow I always ended up eating the comfort fix. Maybe it's like comfort food for me.
The boneless chicken thighs are juicy and tender. It's served with brown rice and blanched vegetables.
If you like spicy stuffs, you can try their spicy C.

My fav ingredients are the baked tempeh, baked halloumi cheese, caramelized onions and egg. The tempeh is one of the best I have tasted, as it is well marinated and has the right moistness, softness and bite. The croissant and bagel are nicely toasted, not oily and they stayed crispy.
It is a great cafe to chill and eat healthy. The staff are friendly and all males, which begets its name, Gentlebros Cafe. It has just shifted to its current new location at #01-111 inside Cross Street Exchange. This building is less than 200m from Chinatown MRT (NE4/DT19), Exit F. Alternatively, Raffles Place MRT is less than 10 mins' walk away. So conveniently and centrally located for everyone via EW/NS/NE/DT MRT line.
Food was delicious! Popped by for lunch, sadly alot of the items were not available and the wait was pretty long. Portion size was really inadequate, especially for the price, but the taste and quality makes up for it.
Tempeh and sourdough toast, soft centre eggs and portobello mushrooms. Honestly loved how quiet it was on a weekend brunch. It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends. Hearty meal with lots of vegetarian options available.
