Food is quite good- tasty as the noodles are of right textures. However, the serving is so small that I almost thought I walked into a French restaurant instead. Services can be improved as it took time to get the waiters attention, especially when you are sitting in the long alley towards the entrance to the mall. My water was never refilled throughout the course. Lunch sets are value for money, considering it is located along the Orchard area.

Decent place for budget date night or group gathering. Nice deco n good vibe with live band on Friday to Sunday nights. Food wise You pay for what you get. The 5 course set menu at $38 is quite a steal but don’t expect big portions. Everything is bite size but you get to try more things. Highlight is the porcino cappuccino. Friday is ladies night so you get one free hendericks gin served in the cute tea cup and if you take a selfie with that cup of gin then post it on fb/ ig u can a second one for free. There’s certainly room for improvement but overall i liked the place for the price I pay

Service was top notch and food was good. Restaurant called to double check on the reservations. It's a cosy space and we came on a Sunday evening so it was not overly crowded or empty. Had the 4-course set meal with a nice complimentary birthday cake ❤️ had the mushroom soup, crab cake, beef cheek, duck confit and cheesecake. I'm not a duck person but the skin was crackling tasty.

Price is low for a posh restaurant. Expect prices of about $50 per person including appetizer, mains and dessert.
Decorations were modern with a touch of classical. The live band was perfect, playing relaxing, casual music.
Servers were especially friendly, warm and meticulous.
The food was 10/10, superb, especially the duck, which was the best I've ever had.
It is an excellent bar too, featuring an aquarium at the bar.
With a wide range of food from handmade pasta to beef cheek, a full drinks menu at affordable prices, this restaurant is a must try for any dinner date, gathering or birthday meal. Absolutely fantastic. 5 Stars.

Cosmo is currently running a 1-for-1 lunch set promo at $38++. The options are soup or salad & either fish, chicken or pasta for main & lastly a dessert. Shop was quiet when we arrived but yet we waited a while for our food. Fish was fresh but awfully salty. My lunch date didn’t enjoy the chicken as the frozen smell & taste was overpowering. Dessert, the mini cheesecake was decent. For the price, the portion was somewhat small & hardly filled us ladies. Perhaps a small side of starch would add to its value. Service staff were pleasant, though they appeared undertrained. Cannot properly read the names of what they are serving, leading to confusion & unable to confidently explain how they are prepared. Restaurant was only 3-tables filled when we left at 1:30pm

This is my first time dining at Cosmo. I purchased the 4 course set meal at Chope for $38 ea. Palatable taste with excellent service. Complimentary dish: Fish with roe and kale. Side dish: Cheese oyster. Appetizer: Smoked fish with pear salad and mushroom soup. Main dish: Duck confit and Ribs. Dessert: Mango milk pudding. I love all the dishes. If you like live band, you can make reservation close to 8pm.

I went to Cosmo on a Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday bought a set meal voucher via Chope and very reasonably priced. Service was very good and waitress were very attentive and friendly. My friends and I had some questions about the menu and waitress were very patient in explaining the menu. There was also live music but it started when we left. Will definitely come again!

Decent food that comes in reasonable portions. A fusion between a bar and a restaurant, place is rather comfortable. Service rendered were great. Staffs were friendly and efficient. The Mesclun Salad was delicious. Seared Hokkaido Scallop was a little pricy, but nice. Chef Signature BBQ Pork Ribs came in a rather small portion, but was really soft and tender. Shrimp Aglio Olio had three large prawns. Pasta was okay. Chocolate Moelleux lava cake came with ice cream and was quite tasty. Generally alright dining experience.
