simple, straightforward and packs a whole lot of flavour. there's food and there's food made from the heart and i must say this is pretty good even after eating what felt like a years' worth of ramen in japan just a couple of days back before i tried them and that braised pork is seriously on point. go try!

Heard about it for quite some time but only recently visited it for the first time. Fell in love with the broth immediately when I first ordered the bellymen. Meat was really fat and tender just how it should be. I generally like katamen/hard noodles so this place was a +1 for me. Great ambience and I like the cashless approach. Came down for dinner on consecutive nights and luckily it wasn't crowded yet. The food is great and leaves you craving for more!

Nice ramen at affordable price! Personally I chose half level saltiness , just right for me. Amazed that They separate the extra noodle at $1 in a separate bowl which they can serve at a later time after you finish your noodle. The bean sprouts are crunchy and it is free. Expect a long queue

There’s 2 great ramen shops at international plaza. This one, and also enishi upstairs. First thing to note about Brother ramen is the more affordable price ($10-16) compared to enishi’s 20$ or so. I had the slightly more pricey “supermen” but it means they have more meats. I loved the chicken soup as well which was very flavourful. I notice there’s quite a few Japanese patrons here while queuing up, which is a great sign, like I’m sure they won’t come for the ramen if it’s not authentic and up to their standards Definitely 5star.

One of the Better Ramen places in SG. To start with the Portion is Good Enough for a Hungry Man. You can top an additional $2 for additional toppings or Ramen. Recommend to get the Pork Belly. It is very well seasoned and cooked. The Broth is so good till you would want to finish it all up. If you like a slight kick, you can get the spicy broth. The noodles are a bit thicker than your standard somen but it does not have that alkali taste to it. Located in the CBD area, would be a problem if you go during lunch hours as there are limited seats. Take away option is avaliable. Do take note to go early for Dinner as they close at around 8pm, latest 830pm.

Have been trying a lot of different ramen these couple of years but always been left disappointed. But today, I finally found something that is on par with my long time favourite Marutama, and that is Brothers Ramen!!! I've been wanting to try Brothers Ramen and today I finally decided to drop by for lunch. They open at 11.30, and there was already a queue outside the shop at 12 when I arrived, which I expected. I queued for 20 mins before I was asked to order and pay through their kiosk before being shown to my table. They don't charge GST nor service fees, but you get free water and a huge mountain of tau gay. I ordered the Supermen (S$16.90 NETT), which is their original chicken soup base with a slice of chicken, 3 slices of charshu, and 1 egg. The ramen noodles itself is nicely al dente, with a slight bite, just the way I like it (though I overheard some ppl requesting for slightly softer ramen so maybe it could be too al dente for some). The charshu is thick and not too fatty. The chicken is not dry despite it being chicken fillet/breast. The egg is perfectly done and well marinated without it being too salty (sometimes I do find Marutama's egg a bit too salty). The menma/seasoned bamboo shoots wasn't overly crunchy and it didn't have the weird artificial sweet taste commonly served in local ramen joints. The broth, omg the broth, it's so good, thick, and tasty without being too salty or jelak (I chose normal level saltiness though you can opt for half saltiness). While I feel that Marutama and Bros Ramen are a bit different, but if I compare the broth, Bros Ramen's version is thicker, so if you like those thick, collagen tasting kind of broth, you might enjoy Bro Ramen's version. I could hardly find any fault with this bowl of ramen, though I do find that they could add a lot more negi/spring onion. 10/10, highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟

Probably one of the most satisfying bowl of ramen I've ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful - kinda reminds me of cream of chicken (which in this case should be pork?) but in a much refined and elevated form... not sure if that makes sense 😂 and it paired really well with the noodles which were nicely cooked. But the highlight for me was the chashu which was really tender and flavorful, and the chicken was just as amazing though it was pretty toned down flavor-wise in comparison. Overall we were very impressed - the wife said it was the best ramen she's ever had. So I'm sure we will be back for more. 😋

Japanese Dandan Noodles anyone? This is one of those places where one can enjoy a hearty bowl of noodles served with utmost hospitality. The shop is tiny and located at the newly renovated International Plaza. Though there was a queue, the customers are somehow mindful to finish their noodles quickly so that the seats can be given to the next group. The shop only sells Dandan Noodles in three different options, and one flavour of ramen, which is Dashi-based Soup (apparently the Tonkotsu flavour is seeing it's sunset). Love all the three varieties of vinegar one can use to pour over the Dandan Noodles. Particularly like the orange flavour that gave a tangy flavour to the noodles. The hospitable chef would ask if you wish to have a small scoop of rice to clean up the last bit of the Dandan Noodles' ingredients. The Dashi ramen is light, clear and uses flat noodles. The decor here can take you to Japan for a short while. Do come here to experience it!

The digital menu said they were sold out of vegetarian, but when I asked the house they said they had a few left but they took it off the checkout early and she helped me order it and boy am I glad she did. Top quality veg ramen. Complex umami flavor with a nice mix of textures. Noodles were the perfect level of chewy. 100% recommend

Local owned Ramen restaurant at International plaza. Chicken broth ramen is very beautiful and tasty. But I think most popular item is Japanese Jiro style ramen. The soup, thick and hard noodle, vegetables,,,,everything high and same quality of Jiro in Japan. I often see long Q and many Japanese customers there too. Not only good, shop is clean and cool, staffs are also nice. Although shop open time is very limited at Lunch and dinner, I will find timing to visit.
