A whole plate of delicious and well-prepared food!! I have always been wary of these hipster salad and bowl places but Wafuken have proven me wrong. The service staff was courteous, friendly and patient even though I took some time to decide. I chose the half portion chicken and steak, with pickled lotus roots and pickled cucumber. The vegetables are lightly pickled, so not overly sweet or sour, refreshing with the meats! The oyster blade was delicious, albeit small portion. The chicken was very tender, soft and so good. I didn’t need any sauce, as they were tasty just on their own! This cost me SGD16, with a cup of tea. Will definitely be back to try more stuff!!
