Been going to Bedok Mall for their tomato broth. Yesterday was there alone for dinner. Xiao Bai was my service attendant and he made my dinner experience very pleasant comfortable and satisfying. Was very happy and enjoyed the dinner. Excellent service and very attentive. The food are fresh and yummy. Actually price and portion are base on your preference. I find it's worth the amount and waiting. The noisy ambience with music and birthdays surprises, makes it more exciting. Little token give away with a personal touch and all the free flow of snacks. I appreciate their efforts and unique service... will recommend friends and family members and looking forward to return again. �����

Celebrate my mum’s birthday at Bedok haidilao. Wei Wei is our waitress that serve us last night. She is very courteous and attended to our needs throughout the whole dinner. After knowing that we bring our Mum here to celebrate her birthday, to our surprise, she prepared some mini 寿桃 and a fruit platter to wish my mum happy birthday. That’s really kind of her and that makes our day 😊

Thanks to the thoughtful staff who serve us. Especially 甘富豪。 He was very attentive to our needs and definitely made our haidilao experience a great one. Bedok mall branch haidilao staff is one of the better ones I've been to
