Jing Hua operates two restaurants in Singapore, including its flagship venue at Neil Road and an addition at Rochor Road. ,. Let’s see what we have here, ,. 😋Chinese Pizza (三鲜盒子) This is yummy, I like this, the ingredients is filled generously. ,. Pan-fried Mixed Seafood & Pork Dumplings (10pcs) ,. This is my favorite, packed with the juiciness of the seafood and tender pork, a MUST order, one of the best fried dumpling I Had. Xiao Long Bao (7pcs) Not too thick skin, the soup flavor is light. ,. Pan-fried Sichuan Veggie Dumplings (3pcs) I prefer their pan fried mixed seafood and pork dumpling to their Sichuan veggie dumpling. ,. Steamed Xiu Mai (4pcs) Another one that I like, instead of the usual oily and more fattening xiu mai, Jing hua one meat is on a lean side yet still taste good 😋 Zha Jiang Noodle A decent bowl of Zha Jiang Noodles 😋. Who don’t like noodles right? ,. Jing Hua Fried rice Their fried rice is loaded with chinese sausages, unlike the usual zi char fried rice which use imitation cha siew. This is with real stuff and nicely fried.真材实料. ,. Hot and Sour soup, With a thick consistency, it is just mildly spicy, quite sour and appetizing. ,. Fried red bean pancake (豆沙锅饼) I am impressed with this。很棒,让人齿颊留香。I not a sweet tooth, but this is nice, not too sweet, the red bean is fragrant, there is a chewy Mochi layer in between too.. A must order. ,. Review posted on my IG: Yummymich

Don't be intimidated by the shop's decor which may not entice you to walk in and try their dishes. If you love Chinese dumplings (fried or steam ; vegetarian or non-vegetarian) you got to try them. I also like their Crispy Red Bean Pancake, which has the 'mochi' texture (there is another version using Lotus Paste) . They do not have a wide menu but it should settle for a meal.. I also love their Hot and Sour Soup and there is also a noodle's version. Their steam or pan fried dumplings are a must eat, coupled with sliced ginger and vinegar. Price is moderate.

A truly time-honoured Singaporean-founded Northern Chinese cuisine that's been around for decades on Neil Road, and this Bugis Village branch is just as good as the main shop. Super love the Chinese Pizza, Zha Jiang Mian, Xiao Long Bao and Dou Sha Guo Bing. The long-time server aunties are also ever so friendly. Think they deserve some form of long service award. 😛

I tried another restaurant before and loved its signature dumpling. I ordered Boiled Mixed Seafood and Pork Dumpling, Pan flied Seafood and Pork Dumping and Hot and Sour soup. All of them are so delucious. I recommend this restaurant for all king of people.

Very good boiled dumplings, $9 for 10pcs. Pan-fried dumplings ($9 for 10pcs) and Chinese pizza ($11) not as good as the Neil Road outlet. Ginger slices can be thinner. Barley not too sweet ($2 per cup). Total bill $34++ for 2 adults and 2 kids. Rated A by NEA, very clean interior, air-con strong enough. Fully packed by 1pm on Sunday. Has high chair for little children. Service is prompt. Accepts reservations.
