Excellent meal paired with excellent service attitude. Though we ordered roast chicken breast (unbecoming of a chicken rice connoisseur) meat was tender, soup was piping hot and tasted of hours of hard work, signature home-brewed chrysanthemum drink smacked of effort and bean sprouts were crisp. Most importantly, generous portions of killer-chilli, ginger and dark sauce served with smiles from friendly staff, a rarity these days.

Like an undiscovered gem of a place for really good chicken rice.... Sinn Ji is way too underrated for their excellence in serving really juicy,tender chicken! The rice is really fragrant, but not oily. Other dishes like the bean sprouts & kailan are accentuated with a really nice 'secret sauce' over them. My personal fav other than the chicken is their prawn dumpling soup.Ooh lala! I slurp up every drop! They just recently came up with their noodles which is really just one word: SHIOK ! I eat here 3-4 times a week & never ever get tired of the food ! One tiny drawback though: the menu is a little limited, but again..... Why have a long list when we are talking about really GOOD chicken here!? I hear they are serving up 'tea time' special very soon, along with the old school kopitiam, aromatic kopi! One can only imagine how the whole shop is gonna smell! This place deserves a write up, fantastic reviews & lotsa visits from new customers so they can go on to spread the good name around, just like myself. Huat Ah Sinn Ji!

Everything was super delicious and fragrant.
