Have been patronising them for so long that I still have yet to write a review. I'm a huge eater and Hai Di Lao's price point would burn my pants (not just my pocket) when it comes to eating. The service here is top-notch minus all the fancy stuff that they have at HDL (like the noodle pulling etc.). You will find that the staff are generally very humble here and they do their best to serve you well. Soups are MSG-free and my favs are the mala and beauty soup. The ingredients are also very fresh and all my friends whom I have recommended so far have fallen in love with this place. The XLBs are also very nicely done and they are made with care, so they don't end up being dry or with no stock inside when they are served to you. Highly highly highly recommended and be sure to call to make a booking if you intend to eat over the weekends, as they are always fully booked, to avoid disappointment. Definitely value for money and you wouldn't regret going there!
